For orders outside of the United States…
Unfortunately, there is no media mail postage available outside the Continental United States, and therefore is rather expensive. Ordering the eBook is the most economical purchase…no shipping costs.
NOTE: Non-USA orders…unless you are ordering the eBook, you must contact us for a quote and invoice. All quotes are in US currency!
Please contact us at [email protected]. We use the USPS Priority Flat Rate Envelope for one book, and the Priority Flat Rate medium box for 2-3 books. Be sure to indicate whether you’re ordering the Softcover, or Audio CD. Send us an email. After we’ve provided you with a quote, we will generate a PayPal invoice with your approval. Make the payment through the invoice, and the order will be processed and shipped. The final Shipping fee will include approximately 16% of the USPS postage to help cover handling, materials, etc. Please know that there is very little/no profit margin; we are trying to help keep your costs down the best we can.
All orders will be shipped by the United States Postal Service.
